Vinyl can be reshaped with a heat gun (available at most paint specialty stores and some hardware stores); abs plastic and similar compounds can be melted with cyanoacrylics but *I have not tried much of this myself* and cannot necessarily testify other than "well you can get some sick scars that way". Turn to scale modelers and kit bashers on this one, is my rec :) I can't include links in this ask tho... :C
