Hiya, first of all I love this blog @A@ soooo much! Secondly I just got a new boy in who has a scar over his right eye. It was pretty simply done with just using hot glue, but I love it. His faceup on the other hand does not suit me at all :/'' I'm just wondering if the hotglue will be okay for faceup removal? I usually use Isoprophyl Alcohol for my removals.

Thank you! <3

If you’re really careful and don’t completely soak/drench the head in your removal substance of choice, it *should* fine.

But, that’s only if you very carefully remove the rest of the face up/etc around it and not on the scar itself. (Harness all the patience you can muster @3@)

One other issue you might encounter is the resealing process- MSC or other sealants may turn out flaky or “frosted”-looking when sitting on top of the hot glue scar. And of course, if the scar has a glossy appearance the sealant will cover it up, but all you’d need to do in that case is apply some gloss after the rest of the face up is finished.
